Lisbon

Porto

Algarve

Azores

Azores, an archipelago of nine dispersed islands in the Atlantic, pitted with deep craters, some filled with shimmering lakes, others covered with vegetation. Madiera

Portugal's most beautiful island, Madeira lies north of the Canary Islands.The best way to explore is to follow the levadas (irrigation channels) that crisscross the countryside.The warm Atlantic Ocean provides the perfect playground for dolphins and whales alike. Faro

Faro, a sleepy provincial town twenty years ago, now has all the facilities of a modern European town, with an attractive shopping area, some restaurants and a "real" Portuguese feel in contrast to many nearby resorts.

Evora

Don't miss the remains of the Temple of Diana, the Sé (a cathedral dating back 800 years) and the macabre Capela dos Ossos.This chapel of the Church of Sao Francisco is lined with thousands of human bones.It was designed to give the monks who worshipped here a sense of their own mortality, the sign above the door reading "Here are our bones, we await yours".

Sintra

The town is centred around the three palaces, Palácio da Vila, Palácio de Queluz and the magnificent Palácio da Pena.The town is surrounded by picturesque countryside and woodlands, with walks that take you past other palaces and churches from various times in Portugal's history.

Day 01 : Welcome! Casablanca - Marrakesh

Arrival in Casablanca. We now proceed to Marrakesh. Later part of the day, arrive in Marrakesh in the evening.

Day 02 : Marrakesh - Casablanca

This day of our journey we visit the Bahia Palace from inside followed by city orientation tour which includes the Koutobia Minaret, the famous Menara Garden and the enchanting and lively Djemaa El Fna square. We then walk through the Medina with its many Souks, Cafes and enjoy shopping and just viewing. Arrive in Casablanca in the evening.

Day 03 : Casablanca

Today after breakfast, visit to be made to the Hassan II mosque - the second largest mosque in the world, to be followed by city orientation tour which includes Habous Quarters, the Royal Palace Gate, the Corniche, all very enjoyable.

Day 04 : Casablanca - Rabat - Tangier

After having sumptuous breakfast, we proceed to Rabat - capital of Morocco. The panoramic city tour includes a photo stop at Royal Palace, one has to devote time to grasp, Royal Mosque, Mohamed Mausoleum and Hussan Tower. Arrival in Tangier. On arrival we walk through the Medina, Kasbah and the Socco Market of Tangier and then we view the Cap Spartal where the Atlantic meets the Mediterranean Sea, marvellous.

Day 05 : Tangier - Algeciras - Seville

We take a ferry from Tangier to Algeciras, a famous port city in the south of Spain and the largest urban area on the Bay of Gibraltar. It is the busiest port in Spain. Roam and rejoice ambience. Arrive in Seville in the evening.

Day 06 : Seville

Today, time to visit the massive cathedral with the famous Tomb of Christopher Columbus, Moorish Giralda Tower, well known Santa Cruz Quarter with flower decked balconies, a photo stop at The Alcazar - 12th century Moorish Royal Palace, really Royal, and the Ultramodern expo site - a small scale model of "Victoria" the first and important vessel to circumnavigate the globe. Enjoy the Flamenco Show with dinner.

Day 07 : Seville - Lisbon

First thing first - breakfast. Then we proceed to Lisbon. Arrive in Lisbon - capital of Portugal. Please note, it is also known as "the town of the seven hills". City orientation tour includes Monument to the discoveries, famous Belem Tower, Jeronimo's Monastery with the Tomb of Vasco-da-Gama, Alfama Quarter and Castelo de Sao Jorge (St. George's Castle), Baixa.

Day 08 : Lisbon

Today's agenda include visit Shrine of Fatima - important centre of faith in the Catholic world which includes Basilica of our Lady, the House of Lucia and the Parish Church.

Day 09 : Lisbon - Salamanca

Today we proceed to Salamanca. On arrival in Salamanca, the orientation tour includes the Plaza Mayor, the University Quarter, The Cathedral. All worth seeing.

Day 10 : Salamanca - Madrid

Time to proceed to Madrid - the capital of Spain. Here the agenda includes visit to Prado Museum, a museum and art gallery located in Madrid. Please note it features one of the world's finest collections of European art.

Day 11 : Madrid

After appetizing breakfast, we visit to Royal Palace from inside followed by city orientation tour which includes the Plaza de Espana, famous Sabatini Garden, Cervantes Statue, Cibeles fountain, Parliament, and Puerto del sol.etc.

Day 12 : Madrid - Barcelona

Wow! Arrival in Barcelona in the evening travelling through Castilian plains of Aragon and Morata Pass.

Day 13 : Barcelona

Visit to be made to Gaudi's SagradaFamilia Cathedral followed by city orientation tour, which will includes Olympic stadium, colorful La Ramblas, the Statue of Christopher Columbus. Here one can take a cable car ride to Montjuic hill to get a panaromic view of the city and enchanting Tibidado hill. Enjoy the Flamenco show - a wonderful Spanish dance performance, performed by professionals.

Day 14 : Departure from Barcelona

Time to board the flight for your hometown. Tour concludes. Journey with PARAS continues.
