Booking Policy

Booking Details

When a booking is made, all the concerned details of the booking will be send to you on screen & via E-Mail. You are requested to check all the details like name, date, timings etc & revert us back in case of any corrections or changes. Once you will confirm the respective details, Voyages Europa Pvt. Ltd. will proceed the booking to next step. Any changes to be made will incur additional costs as stated below. Please ensure that the names given are as per the Passport. The Booking Information will further be forwarded to the concerned Suppliers & others necessary for your travel arrangements. The others may include Public authorities like Customs of Immigration if required by them or law. The information may include the details of any disabilities, or dietary and religious requirements.

Delivery of Documents

All the Required Documents like Invoices, Tickets, Insurance Policies etc. will be dispatched to you by first class post. Once all the documents will be dispatched from our office, then Voyages Europa Pvt. Ltd. will not be held responsible for their damage &/or loss unless such loss &/or damage is due to our negligence. In case the Tickets or any other documents need to be Re-Issued, all the costs must be borne by you.

Special Requests

For any kind of special requests you can call 447-45216-1166. This request will be forwarded to the Principal who will try to confirm the requests. However there is no 100% guarantee for same.
